Bubba was born on his daddy's boat, right out there in the Gulf one
hot summer day. That's right....the boat right above the drink'n
spot.
Bubba's momma, "Momma Muz" was always cook'n. Her seafood &
fri'd pickles are the stuff of legends. Bubba learned it all - how
to catch the biggest and best seafood and how to cook it to
perfection. One day he found this here run down shack. He go to
think'n and decided to open his own restaurant so you good folks
can enjoy the bounty.
Bubba spends most of his time on the Gulf fishing, but he has been
known to drop in, pull up a stool and tell tales... like about the
"BIG ole hurricane" that almost sink the whole island. Or if your'e
really lucky, he'll tell you about the record grouper he caught a
few years ago. It fed 25 folks once he got it fri'd up !
